Old Bridge Township's CDBG-CV Short Term Emergency Rental and Mortgage Assistance Program has closed and is no longer accepting applications. This is due to the number of applications received and the limited amount of funding.  Listed below are two additional Rental Assistance Programs that may be able to assist you:

1. The State of NJ COVID-19 Emergency Rental Assistance Program is currently accepting applications.  You may apply directly at https://njdca.onlinepha.com/

2. The County of Middlesex has established the Middlesex County Emergency Rental Assistance Program (MCERAP) to assist renter households that are behind on rent and/or payments for utilities such as gas, electric, and water. The County received $25 million in federal funding which will be distributed to approved applicants on a priority basis.
