Please be advised of the following procedures that will be in effect for any Redevelopment meeting for which the public will only be able to access the meeting remotely. Pursuant to the provisions of the New Jersey Open Public Meetings Act, N.J.S.A. 10:4-8(b) and recently pronounced regulations pertaining to the conduct of remote public meetings by public bodies, the following Redevelopment meeting will only be accessed by the public by means of the use of electronic communications equipment. The Redevelopment Board may take action at this meeting on matters including but not limited to minutes and bill list. Agendas, to the extent known will be published on Oldbridge.com in advance of the meetings.
The public may also submit written comments regarding agenda matters or general comments to the Board to vsawant@oldbridge.com to be read aloud during the Public Comment portion of the meeting. Comments must be submitted by 3:00 P.M. of the day of the scheduled meeting. Written comments will not be read aloud for any member of the public that submits a written comment in advance of the Redevelopment meeting, who then elects to speak during public comment portion of the meeting. Be further advised that both written and spoken comments will be subject to any time limitation established by the Redevelopment Board for public comment.
